Fees
I bill $110 per
50-minute session, which is paid by cash or check at the end of each session.
I am an in-network provider with
Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise of
Washington, and will bill them directly for my services.
If your health insurance is with another provider, you are welcome to
submit my receipt to your insurance company.
Many insurance companies will reimburse you for therapy with a receipt,
but I cannot guarantee reimbursement from any given company. I advise that you
check with your insurance company on their coverage of therapy services from
"out of network" providers.
